Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the GluSense application ("App") for mobile devices, operated by DIJ Hoppel GmbH. The App is provided free of charge with optional premium features available through subscription.

By downloading or using the App, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights related to the App remain the exclusive property of DIJ Hoppel GmbH.

Subscription Services

GluSense offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features:

• Subscription Duration: Available in weekly, monthly, and yearly plans
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• Refunds: Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

Service Modifications and Fees

We reserve the right to modify the App, subscription pricing, or introduce new fees at any time. Any applicable changes will be clearly communicated in advance.

Your Responsibilities

The App processes personal data you provide in order to deliver the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. Jailbreaking or rooting your device is strongly discouraged as it may compromise security and prevent the App from functioning correctly.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Crashlytics
• Mixpanel

Connectivity and Usage Costs

Some features require an internet connection. You are responsible for any data charges, including roaming fees, incurred while using the App.

Updates and Discontinuation

Updates may be required to continue using the App. We may discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, you must stop using and remove the App from your device.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Changes become effective upon publication.
